Wildmane Ranch ("Wildmane," "the app," "we") is developed and published by Zima Logistics LLC. Wildmane is a game for adults (rated 17+ on the App Store, and aimed at players 18 and older on Google Play). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. There are no ads, no accounts, and no third-party tracking. Short version: the app sends anonymous, aggregated usage diagnostics, and shares your display name and stats publicly only if you opt in to the Leaderboard.

What We Collect

Anonymous usage diagnostics (on by default). Wildmane sends anonymous, aggregated diagnostics — which features are opened and when errors happen — so we can prioritize fixes and improvements. Each install has a random identifier (so we can count how many devices use a feature). It is not your device's advertising identifier, is not tied to your name or account, and resets if you delete and reinstall the app. These diagnostics are never linked to your identity, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties or data brokers. In the EU, EEA and UK the app asks for your consent first. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app's Settings.

Leaderboard (optional, opt-in). Only if you choose to share on the Leaderboard screen, Wildmane sends your Game Center name (iOS) or Google Play Games display name (Android), your in-game stats (horses collected, miles traveled, day streak), and a random per-install identifier and secret to our leaderboard server. Your name and stats are then shown publicly to other players. Nothing is sent if you do not opt in. You can stop sharing at any time, and you can remove your entry from the leaderboard (see "Deleting Your Data" below).

Gift links (optional). When you share a horse as a link, that one horse — its name, look and stats — is uploaded to our server for 30 days so the link works, along with an anonymous per-install code we use to prevent spam. On Android, if you are signed in to Play Games, your display name is included so your friend can see who sent it. The link expires on its own.

Nearby Trade (optional). Trading with a friend nearby uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to briefly share your Game Center name and the horse's name with devices close to you, and the camera to scan a friend's QR code. This happens directly between devices and stops when you leave the Nearby Trade screen.

What we do not collect. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Your Progress and Backups

Your horses and progress stay on your device. If iCloud (iOS) or Google backup (Android) is enabled, they may be backed up to your own private iCloud or Google account. That data stays private to you and is never accessible to Zima Logistics. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Wildmane Ranch is free to download. It offers optional in-app purchases — Schmeckle currency packs for players who'd rather skip the grind than earn currency by playing; every pack grants an exact, disclosed amount, and nothing is gated behind them. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.

Age Rating & Children's Privacy

Wildmane is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party advertising, tracking, or data-broker SDKs. Diagnostics, the Leaderboard, and gift links are handled by Zima Logistics' own servers. The other systems involved are Apple (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, Game Center) and Google (Google Play, Play Games, Google backup on Android), each governed by its own policies.

Deleting Your Data

Leaderboard entry: use "Remove my score" on the Leaderboard screen, or email [email protected].
Diagnostics: these are anonymous and tied only to a random identifier; email us with your request and we will delete what we hold.
Gift links: expire automatically after 30 days.
On your device: deleting the app removes its local data; you can remove iCloud or Google backups from your device settings.
