The agreement covering every app we publish.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use most of our Apps. If an App is intended for a younger audience, its store listing will say so and different rules approved for that audience apply instead. If you are using an App on behalf of a child, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where applicable law permits despite this restriction; remove or obscure any proprietary notices; or use the App unlawfully or in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Some Apps let you create a local profile, save data, or submit content — for example, a display name, notes, or leaderboard entry ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content you submit and for keeping any local device access secure. You retain ownership of your User Content; by submitting it you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to operate the feature you used it for. Don't submit User Content that is unlawful, infringing, or impersonates another person.

Some Apps offer subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by that platform's own terms and handled through your platform account settings, not directly by us. Prices, trial periods, and features are described in the App itself and its store listing at the time of purchase.

Several of our Apps provide calculations, reference data, or informational content related to subjects such as ballistics, animal or human health, workplace safety, or other technical fields. This content is provided for general informational and reference purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or safety advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment, training, or applicable law, regulation, or manufacturer guidance. Always verify critical information independently and consult a qualified professional before acting on it, especially where health, safety, or legal compliance is involved. You are solely responsible for how you use any information or calculation an App provides.

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, result, or content will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zima Logistics LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) any App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of an App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for that App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $20 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zima Logistics LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of an App.

The Apps, including their design, text, graphics, and underlying code, are owned by Zima Logistics LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using an App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use an App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of an App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
