TV Times ("the app," "we") is developed and published by Zima Logistics LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. There is no account or sign-up, and we do not collect names, email addresses, device advertising IDs, or use any third-party advertising SDKs.

We do collect anonymous, aggregated usage diagnostics — which features are used and when errors occur — so we can prioritize fixes. These diagnostics contain no personal data and no tracking:

The device identifier used is a random per-install value, generated fresh each install, never linked to your identity, and reset when you delete the app.
Diagnostics are never used for advertising and are never shared with third parties.
Your library, watch history, and iCloud data are never included in diagnostics.
If your App Store account is in the EU, EEA, or UK, diagnostics are off by default and only collected if you opt in. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy.

Your Library & iCloud

Your tracked shows, movies, episodes, ratings, and lists are stored on your device. If you have iCloud Drive enabled, your library is also snapshotted to your personal iCloud account so it can restore on a new device. This data is private to you — Zima Logistics has no access to your iCloud Drive. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Show & Movie Data (TMDB)

Show and movie metadata, episode guides, air dates, posters, and streaming availability come from TMDB (The Movie Database), fetched through our own content delivery network. The app ships with no TMDB key, and you never enter one. Search terms and browsing requests pass through our network to fetch results but are not logged or cached. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch via TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Purchases

TV Times is currently free, with everything unlocked and no purchases. If that changes in the future, any purchase would be processed entirely by Apple through the App Store — we would not see, store, or process your payment information.

Children's Privacy

TV Times does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The anonymous diagnostics described above contain no personal data.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect user data. The third-party systems involved are TMDB/JustWatch (show and movie data, described above) and Apple (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud Drive), each governed by their own policies.

Data Deletion

Your on-device library can be deleted by deleting the app. iCloud data can be removed in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. Because the analytics identifier is random and not linked to you, there is no personal data to delete from our analytics store.

This marketing page — separate from the app — uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, which links are clicked). Google Analytics sets cookies per Google's privacy policy. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on. The app's own diagnostics are separate from and unrelated to GA4.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
