Sugar Slide ("the app," "we") is developed and published by Zima Logistics LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information, and there's no Zima account of any kind. We do not collect names or email addresses, and we do not use any third-party advertising SDKs.

We do collect anonymous, aggregated usage diagnostics — which features are used and when errors occur — so we can prioritize fixes. These diagnostics contain no personal data and no tracking:

The device identifier used is a random per-install value, generated fresh each install, never linked to your identity, and reset when you delete the app.
Diagnostics are never used for advertising and are never shared with third parties.
Your gameplay, scores, and progress are never included in diagnostics.
If your App Store or Google Play account is in the EU, EEA, or UK, diagnostics are off by default and only collected if you opt in. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy.

Game Center & Play Games (Leaderboards)

Sugar Slide doesn't require an account to play. Leaderboards (High Score, Daily Challenge, and Rush) are optional and run entirely through Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android — your sign-in, display name, and leaderboard scores are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, not stored by us.

Purchases

Sugar Slide offers two one-time purchases — Unlimited Play ($1.99) and the Combo Guide ($0.99). Both are non-consumable, non-subscription, and support Family Sharing. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play — we do not see, store, or process your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Sugar Slide does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The anonymous diagnostics described above contain no personal data.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect user data for advertising. The third-party systems involved are Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Game Center) and Google (Google Play, Play Billing, Play Games), each governed by their own policies.

Data Deletion

Local game data can be deleted by deleting the app from your device. Game Center or Play Games data is managed through your Apple ID or Google Account settings. Because the analytics identifier is random and not linked to you, there is no personal data to delete from our analytics store.

This marketing page — separate from the app — uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, which links are clicked). Google Analytics sets cookies per Google's privacy policy. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on. The app's own diagnostics are separate from and unrelated to GA4.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
