Zima Logistics LLC is a mobile app studio based in Boulder, Colorado. We design and publish iOS and Android applications and provide custom software development services. Our website is a static informational site with no user accounts, no login system, and no payment processing.

Analytics data (via Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this website. GA4 collects:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring website or search query that brought you here
- General geographic region (country/city, derived from IP address — the full IP address is not stored by GA4)
- Device type, operating system, and browser
- Actions taken on the site: clicks on App Store / Google Play links, clicks on contact email or phone links, and other call-to-action interactions
This data is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies. It is pseudonymous — no name, email address, or other directly identifying information is included.
Email you send us. If you choose to contact us by email (e.g., support@zima-logistics.com), we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not collect names, passwords, payment information, or any other personal information through this website. We have no account registration system.

Google (Analytics & Ads). Analytics data is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers under Google's privacy terms. Google may use this data to improve its own services in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
No other third-party sharing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share analytics or contact data with any other third party except as required by law.
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visits and sessions. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, which will prevent analytics data from being collected; all site content remains accessible without cookies.
GA4 analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's servers. Email correspondence is retained as long as it is relevant to an ongoing support relationship and is deleted when no longer needed.
Each Zima Logistics mobile app published on the App Store or Google Play has its own privacy policy, linked from the app's store listing. The practices described in this document apply only to the zima-logistics.com website.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect very little identifiable data through this website, the most effective way to exercise these rights is to contact us directly.
For GA4 data specifically, Google provides opt-out tools and data deletion requests through its own privacy controls.
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be noted here.
